Name: Naoko Age: 22 Background -------------- A young woman growing up alone in a small mountain village in the eastern part of the world, Naoko had very vague memories of her late parents, being that they had passed away shortly after she was born. Naoko would often venture out of the village training on her own, taking a quick fondness of the katana, which she had acquired from one of the village elders when she was old enough. Little was known to her of the truth about her parents' death, and she had been made to believe by the village elders that they had died from a rare illness that had plagued the surrounding area at the time. But for how long she would be kept in this darkness was unknown. The elders watched her closely for years as she began to grow stronger with her training, seeing that familiar resemblance in her as they once did her parents. At the age of 12, Naoko was very independent for someone so young, and she seemed more determined than ever to perfect her sword skills. Her true purpose in life was unclear to her at the time, but she knew the day would soon come when she would leave the only home she knew and find her true place in life.... Personality & Description -------------------------------- Naoko is exotic in appearance, which also reflects her style of fighting. Her movements are swift and graceful, much like her personality. She prefers not to get involved in other people's affairs, unless it involves her in some way. She is very solitary, and likes to train alone, but she does not mind company at times. Being that she has not had much interaction with many people outside of her home village, she is very quiet and discrete at times. She finds relaxation in peaceful meditation and time to herself, as well as training and practicing her sword techniques, hoping to one day perfect them.... -RP for more-
