Growing up in a troubled childhood, Lasodon never felt as though he bellonged. As far back as he can remember, his parents were never example citizens. Becouse they had no schooling and no aplicable skills, they had only minor jobs, and mostly stole for a living. This lifestyle was abrubtly stopped when, on a fine summer evening, a group of men Lasodon knew from the local bar burst into they're home, dragging his parents from him, leaving him alone. He would later find that they had grown tired of having their things stolen. The local authorities had n ever dealt with them becouse there was never any serious proof. After his parents were torn from him, he traveled for 2 days and a night, heading for his uncles home. He was only 11 years old. His uncle wasn't much better than his parents. One of the few differences in style was that his Uncle didn't steel jewles of food. He stole medicines and food from the very old, becouse they were, "Much dummer and weeker than those strong farmers." It was becouse of this that Lasodon left as soon as he was strong enough to support himself. He searched for a job for only a short while, before he found a job as a farmhand. It was there he learned why his Parents and Uncle lead their lives the way they did. He was tired everyday, and tired every night. But he somehow enjoyed his work, knowing it was an honest living. When Lasodon was 24, his farm master took ill, and died soon after. He once againwas left searching for a job, and set off for Port Hampshire, seeking another honest living, that of a sailor.
