A tempest of whirlwinds and lightning pour down around the caster enveloping the surrounding area in a devastating storm. The caster and all allies (PC's in party) within a 7 foot radius are encircled by the tremendous winds and electricity, and are imbued by the crackling energy from the eye of the tempest. All allies within the 7 foot radius are imbued with the energy of the storm, and are granted +1 electrical damage on attack for 5 rounds.

All creatures (including allies) outside this 7 foot radius are affected by the raging storm. The storm surges forth in a single blast, accompanied by a burst of lightning and a clap of thunder which does 1d10 points of electrical damage per 4 levels of caster. All creatures outside the 7 foot radius must also make a fortitude save or be knocked down by the gale of wind pushing down from above for 2 rounds and suffer 1d10 bludgeoning damage per 4 levels of the caster.
