Sanosuke is a just an average guy who likes having a good time with friends drinking alcoholic beverages and eating lots of meat. You Wish!! Sanosuke hates thieves and tricksters, and will probably beat them up. Very strong, Sanosuke uses a towering greatsword to strike his enemies with brute force. Sanosuke is very big. Around 6'10" tall, his muscles bulge and his shoulders are broad. You notice the rough expression on his face but you know there is a good heart within this man. -THE PAST- PART I: Life was hard, the pressure of school combined with long hours of work. Ploughing ground for family farm and building things with his carpentry skills, Sanosuke became quite strong. Signing up for the local militia at the age of 13, young Sano made his way through the ranks to become Lieutanant. Now 15, Sano signed up at the local fighting club. They had their own arena and training house. Day after day, Sano worked in the day and trained at night until he began fighting in the arena. His first 20 fights were pretty hard and he lost all but 3. Buck Steelfist, the club owner, had a towering greatsword made for Sano and gave it to him. Sano trained for a few weeks with his new sword then returned to the arena where he had a winning streak. 120 wins. Zero losses. He was crowned club champion 2 years running. A high ranking naval-officer watched these fights and convinced Sano to give up all his jobs, including as the Lieutanant of the local militia, and join the Navy. Aged 17. PART II: Starting off with the rank of Quartermaster, Sanosuke attained knowledge of weapons and armor, and was earning more than he did previously with all his incomes combined. The rough seas and strong winds and storms excited Sanosuke. Sano came to worship Mist. After some years, Sano became the second highest ranked person serving in the Navy. After serving 13 years in the Navy, Sano didn't really have anything else other than the sea and his love for combat. There were times when Sano was down, there were times when he was on top on the world. Alas, he had become stronger, rougher and gruffer. As Sano puts it, "With hardened skin comes a harder man." With a fortune put away in the bank from the later half of his life, Sanosuke found a love for nature, and set up a camp in the woods. He trained for 2 years using nothing but what nature provided him, bar his sword. Now somewhat a barbarian, Sanosuke has decided to try his hand at adventuring. On land of course.
