Orophin had always been a skilled swordsman, considering he had been brought up by a poor family with not much to live on, but Orophin tried hard and practiced as long and hard as he could with his poorly crafted sword on anything he could find. Then one day, at the age of 18, an injured Paladin wandered into the small town and Orophin brought him to his home and nurtered him back to full health. The Paladin (of Toran) offered him a life of suprises if he would come and train with the him and serve Toran in the name of justice. Although Orophin did want to enforce justice, he wanted to discover his faith by himself and the paladin excepted that and instead gave him his sword for saving him. 3 years later, Orophin decided that staying here in the small town was not his destiny and it lied somewhere else. So he packed up his needs,said goodbye to his family, and set off to search and travel the world and help those in need and by his side, was the sword the paladin gave him.
