Homeland: Greypeak Mountains Ilidris' background: This is the story about a young elf who had lived a safe life for many years, he preferred life amongst equalminded. His time at the academy was spend with hours of studying and hours of debating all subjects of great interest. Knowing that his life at the time was great he was fully aware of the threat from abroad and knowing that with his special abilities in the arts of magic he might be granted a special role when the day came to protect their land. The Elders' decision: Few metallic dragons are left in the world, this worried the elders in his homeland a great deal. The dragons have been slayed by the evil Sinthar and his followers, desperately seeking to prevent the his evil to spread even further it has been decided by the council to drain all the potential of their lands. This potential is found within many young elves so they where to be sent out in quest for experience. Effect of the elders decision: Ilidris was not surprised when he at his 125th birthday was called to the elders council and was explained of the outmost necessity of the task at hand. A task that was put very simply, go out into the world and learn how to be a better wizard. This was the quest for experience he was to pursue... Description: At home amongst fellow grey elves Ilidris is mentally challenged and enjoys the company of others, but amongst lower intelligent species he puts a distance. Not because he feels less for them, but he thinks less of them. Being superior to them, he thinks it is his duty to tell them about wrong and right in this world.
