As a young elf growing up in the port of Waysend, Findecáno was often made fun of by the other human children because of his differences, mainly his ears. They often tugged on them, while laughing at him. This cause Findecáno to become very quite and a loner, never wanting to be part of a crowd. He used to spend his time down at the dock watching the waves and just thinking about what shore they had come from and where they were going next, wishing they could take him with them. One day while he was doing this he noticed that a older woman had lost her footing on the dock and droped her blongings, rushing over to help the old lady gather her things he noticed a old book with a strange writing on it and questioned the lady on what it was. She responed telling him it was a spellbook and that she was a wizard. This fasinated Findecáno and he continued to ask her questions all about magic, and spellbooks, and spells. The older lady took the time to answer most of his questions and before parting gave him her old spellbook and told him that if he was really interested in the art, than he should be able to figure out what the book says; with that she left him and went on her way. Findecáno studied that book and eventually learned what each page ment both on his own and by asking other travellers that came through the town. He also managed to aquire some other books as well as books on various plants and flowers that coulkd be used for many different purposes such as healing the body. He studied these books for years and practiced healing people in the town using the plants that he had read about to make medicines for the people of the town. Findecáno is glad to see the town trying to gain independance however is wary that a new form of government should bring more laws restricting the freedom that people should always have and hopes that there will be fewer laws in the near future where man is able to be truly free. After years of studying the magic and practicing some of the basic spells Findecáno set out on a journey to increase his knowledge of both magic and to discover new and more potent herbs that he could use for healing those that need it. Apperance: Tanned skin for being out in the sun, long blonde hair, Blue eyes. Dressed in robes and always carring pouches of herbs and spell components.
