Prerequisite: Skald 4.
Specifics: The Skald is begining to truly master his voice, and is able to pierce the eardrums of all the foes near him, causing massive hemoraging and occasionally even death. There is no saving throw against this ability. Use of this ability reduces the character's remaining Bard Song uses by one.
