Specifics: A sacred fist's inner tranquility protects him from external threats. He may invoke a +4 Dodge bonus to AC, a +4 Resistance bonus to all saving throws, and spell resistance equal to 15 plus the sacred fists wisdom modifier and lasts for 5 rounds + 1 round per wisdom modifier. This ability can be used up to 3 times per day.
