Janu was born in the city of Mishtan of Mulhorand on the lands of Toril. Her father was a mercenary soldier and her mother a cleric of the Red Knight, just as her mother before her was a cleric of Anhur. Janu grew up listening to stories from both her mother and her grandmother, while assisting them in the temples. When she hit the age of training, janu was sent to live with her grandmother, who like her had snow white hairand smoke grey eyes. Janu's mother said that her grandmother was better suited to train her, but hoped her daughter would eventually serve the Red Knight as well. A surprise for Janu was that her grandmother also born the same birthmark as she . Janu spent most of her teenage years helping and learning from her grandmother about the god Anhur, and how he has been there ancestral diety, until her mother decided that she was going to worship a Goddess [aka Red Knight]. Janu learned that anhur was the God of War for her people, and so when she finnished her training she became a cleric of Anhur much to her mothers disappointment, Janu did pray to the Red Knigght as a secondary choice another alteration of the family belief, respect for the old beliefs and respect for the new change. Janu grew her winter white hair down past her shoulders, which she used to hide her birthmark from casual examination. This mark was in the shape of a sword pointing down and looked like it had broken handguards lying on either side the hilt. She left to explore the lands of her birth, due to a reccent war there lands had expanded by 50%. It was a couple weeks after her 18 th birthday that Janu was travelling to another city whenshe found herself teleported to a strange land and this place had a big stone structure and upon this structure stood a dragon gloating how of course his spell had worked. and so begins her adventure.
