Background
You notice a 3'1" Gnome whom is heavily cloaked, quiet and watchful.
He carries no weapons, however, by the manner in which he walks you notice confidence and eagerness.
He doesn't stop to converse to anyone, nor does he have any companions. He stops briefly and turns his hooded head to regard you for the briefest if moments. In that short time you get the feeling from his shadowed face that he is shooting you a warning and measuring you at the same time.
He begins walking again, this time a little faster and you lose sight of him down amongst the larger people.
