Raised by his step farther Gwindor, Gildor knows little of his ancestry. He was told his heavily pregnant mother had sort refuge at the monastery she died during labour and Gildor was cut from her womb. The large scar on his right cheek was testament to the crude surgery the monks had performed. His life at the monestery was comfortable he learned quickly, but he had a wicked streak and this often resulted in trouble. He knew with Gwindor now gone life would not be so simple. He had up untill know accepted Gwindor's story. His jet black hair and eyes cooberated the fact that he was only of distant drow decent. Gildor could see at day as well as he could see at night Drows can't, but he rembers at time in his childhood when he could not stand the sunlight. He chuckled to himself as he remembered he thought he was a vampire perhaps it's not so funny now. Whilst Gwindor was alive he had rarely quastioned his story, but now his emotions ran high who was he? Where did he come from? what was the truth?
