Background
Taught from an early age by his father, a local magistrate, from Al'eth'nar, a small village of about 50 elves in the northeast corner of the Sielwood Forest, near Lake Alon, that the law is life, Finalyn has dedicated his life to the enforcement of law.
While disdaining the use of conventional weapons due to the inherent frailties in them (eg. broken weapons, requirements to peace tie weapons, lost/stolen weapons), Finlayn has journeyed to Fort Valensk where he met Bruc N' Lee, a minor monk, who was willing to tutor him in unarmed combat techniques. After taking leave of Bruc, Fianlyn was heading back home to Al'eth'nar, when he came across the village of Hlint.
