Spearhead Lake: History and Rumors

The lake derived its name from its resemblance to the tips of the spears carried by the first satyrs to explore the area. The region around the lake is home to vast colonies of many different bird species and also supports a large population of amphibians and of course its fair share of alligators.

The grasses of the lightly wooded plains tend to reach heights varying from six feet high down to about two to three feet high. There appears to be a natural balance to the land in the area that the satyrs and the other fey creatures on the island try to respect. The land has existed this way for as long as any of the local inhabitants can remember.
