Like the whole region in which the Dragon Isles is situated, this island is surrounded by treacherous shoals, rips, and tidal waters that are merciless to ships that stray into these waters. As such, the island has remained fairly untouched by the hands of those living in the rest of the settled lands of the world. The northern half of the island is covered with dense, warm-temperate vegetation, which includes tall palms, various fruit trees, and a wide mix of sturdy trees.
