Rhugal's Realm: Government

The hereditary monarchy rules without the aid of a council but with an iron-firm grip. It might be more accurate to call the rule within Rhugal's Realm military in nature. There are few matters of consequence in the realm of domestic issues; the towns and their plummeting populations provide Krail Rhugal with few problems and responsibilities that require his everyday attention. Each town has its own Naazdah uogh (commander), who handles the management of resources and presides over any squabbles that might arise.
