Brokanian: Magic

Brokanian magic rivals that of the elves in many ways. They place no barriers on the knowledge they can obtain and have no qualms using the knowledge they acquire. They go to extremes to learn all types of magic and are considered experts in spellweaving and spellcalling. Practitioners of the other magic types are also common and many a brokanian practices several forms.

Magic to a brokanian is only a means to an end though; they are not interested in creating things of beauty or the joy of discovering new uses. To gain power, they must control all aspects of magic and go to great lengths to increase their knowledge and insight into magic.
