Vihktor Raylin
Background
For those accustomed to seedy taverns and Inns along the Mistone continent, they might recognise Vihktor 'the Rat' Raylin.
His first appearance is an elf of average height with auburn hair and tanned skin that is covered with tattoos. He wears leather and cloth, carries a huge longbow, and a beautiful lute is slung over his right shoulder.
If spoken to he is a jovial person with alot of energy and extremely friendly. He is articulate and charming whilst still throwing an odd verbal slang or two.
In battle he will motivate a group by his articulacy and not his singing. He is the worst singer on Mistone yet his music and skill with the bow is second to none.
I guess no one is perfect in this world...
