You see young, tall and medium built human male. At the first glance, he seems to pay little attention to the surroundings, almost as if drifting away in his thoughts. The features of his face are still somewhat boyish, indicating his only recent and perhaps not yet quite complete passage from adolescence, but his eyes seem older, like eyes of someone who has seen their share of hardships and woe in their short lifetime. Yet there is slight smile present on his lips, and overall expression on his face seems to indicate his amusement with the world around him. Slowly, almost in a relaxed way, he raises his left hand and goes through his dark brown hair that look as if deliberately kept tousled. His outfit is rather plain and simple, and from the dirt on it one could conclude they are facing a person who's no stranger to long journeys. Around his neck, a leather cord can be seen, but the pendant on it remains hidden. You realise his eyes are slowly and intently scanning the surrounds, and that he's prepared to instantly draw his longsword or fire his longbow, should the necessity arise. He seems to acknowledge your presence with slight, polite nod, then turns away, fixating his gaze at something in the distance. Most of the time there seems to be an ever-present, yet well-concealed wistful gleam in his eyes, and if one took a closer look, one might as well notice a hint of pain reflected in them, the kind of pain that is usually tied to one's past...
