Character: Narvallus Vican Age: 23 Gender: Male Classes: Paladin Race: Human Alignment: Lawful Good Deity: Toran *Background* Narvallus comes from a long line of adventurer. His father Lormirar Vican made a name for himself both in battle as a barbarian and as a successful trader within Krashin. Narvallus differed from his father in his outlook. Lormirar was devious and sometimes cruel. Narvallus always knew that his own heart was made of different stuff, and so he utilized his profession to aid the weak and downtrodden within Layonara. His father put up with grand speeches on right and wrong and a man's responsibility to live properly, Lormirar knew it was Narvallus own mother that he took after with his views on living, he even had her looks to him. His mother was different and made sure Narvallus would be different too... she still loved Narvallus father but didnt agree on the way his tribe used to view life. Narvallus mother was a Dorand priest named Mirlam. To Layonara there was never a woman more giving and full of love; always lending a helping hand, always using her powers to aid and only rarely to do harm. She was extremly good at crafting and used to make weapons for his village. ( She met Narvallus father out of Krashin , in some mountains ). She showed Narvallus the way of protection in lawfullness , in order to make sure he would never become like his father , reckless and violent. Sadly , she was killed during a great battle by a mad wizard named Omnikrom The Summoner. Being in a well-known family, being the son of the famous Lormirar had its drawbacks. The drawback was called The Boromar Clan. His father was deep within the organization, and it was common knowledge that the son follows the father in that world. Narvallus never wanted to be a reckless Barbarian fighting for the sole purpose of fighting. So at the age of 17 , he left his home to become an adventurer. Some of the barbarians from the Boromar clan were dispatched to bring back Narvallus to his father but he had vanished from his home town...When he left home , while adventuring , he met a priest from the Church of Toran named Lohander Dumel who showed him the way of the light. Narvallus was very pleased with the Idea of joining the forces of the Toran church since his mother who was a Dorand Worshipper had many friends within the churchs of Toran. Narvallus wanted to give retribution to evildoers. He always wanted to bring light where darkness flows. He first had to discipline himself and focus on his deity will. He then found peace within himself , wich allowed him to have a greater focus on his mission in this land. After 4 years of training and progressing at the temple of Toran in Ft. Llast on Mistone , Lohander helped Narvallus getting ordained to the rank of paladin. Narvallus became a specialist at finding and tracking undead and orcs. He specialisted into killing these foes because the wizard who killed his mother , Omnikrom The Summoner , was an Orc wizard of considerable power who often surrounded himself with an undead army. He now follows the deity of Toran in an endless battle against evil to restore good in the realm Layonara. *Look* Narvallus Vican is a young and very charismatic man. His cloak floats in the wind and his blond hair radiate like pure gold. An aura of good surrounds him. It is not rare to see him surrounded with a few nice looking young womans. To Narvallus , all deserve justice and protection. Narvallus is lawfull good , wich make him easy to approach and realy open. He will always be ready to bring a criminal to justice or to protect a family from a bunch of raiders. Respect him and he will be the dearest of your friend , but betray him and he will be your worst ennemy.
