Mialee Shadowdancer was born Mialee Moonflower she never knew her mother as she died in chilbirth. It is widely rumored by some that her mother's death was due to to the fact he was wanting to get out of the guild. This guild was a group of thieves and assassins, however her father did try his best to raise her with with the help of another female elf that he hired as a nanny. growing up in the in a guild house of theieves and assassins Mialee grew up learning the tricks of the trade, Mialee's ability to learn soon earned her some tolerance with some of it's members and they would share some simple tips with her. This lead some to believe that she was makedfor greatness in the guild and then suddenly Mialee's world was turned upside down as her father was killed while out on a mission one night. She had just turned 80 years of age, Mialeewas not left alone for long as the guildmaster was quick to adopt her as his own. Mialee would refer to him as grandfather, this looked strange to others as the guildmaster was a human. Mialee was sent out on her first mission only 5 years later, she was to steal a priceless jewel froma nobleman's home. But when Mialee exited the mansion she was followed by another, this individual waited until they where a safe distance from the scene . as Mialee was patting herself on the back for her success the sudden appearance of another rogue almost gave her a heartattack. He said he had information on her fathers murderer and then procceded to tell her it was the guild's priest and healer, who was also the second in command. Mialee did not believe this mysterious rogue at first, as she thought him to be from another guildand trying to sew deception in her mind. He then produced a piece of folded parchment that had a wax seal on it. This wax seal was her parents mark. Upon reading the parchment she still couldn't believe it. Her father stated he had uncovered information the the priest was making a deal with the dark elves to invade their city, and of course the the guildmaster would have to be killed and all those aligned with him. His payment would be that he would be made guildmaster. The rogue in front of her was an old family friend and he was the one that tried to get them out of the guild, he had found a new intrest in magic. He offered to take her far away from here but it must be now. He took Mialee by ship to the city of Port Hampshire. He then schooled her in the Beginings of the arcane arts, and even helped hone her skills. Mialee has found that magic comes easy to her, but till she still payed more attention to her rogue skills. Mialee has been working on becoming a scout instead of an assassin and has found a goddess to worship. This was also the strangers gift to her, he was a follower of Xeen and taught her the foundation of the faith. Mialee is planning on living up to her beliefs and living life to it's fullest, and on her own terms not anyone elses.
