Zeilian Zuan, ruler of the Kingdom of Zuan, is ruthless. He's the most skilled warrior among his people, and in combination with his shrewd mind, this makes him the most powerful ruler this small kingdom has had in a long time.

He had always been of the belief that the entire island belonged to his people. Recently though, he struck a bargain with the Raven Trade Guild. In return for help with some undisclosed problem, Raven Trade was given a small portion of land to start construction of a port.
