Zuan Kingdom: Government

Zeilian Zuan, being the ruler of the pygmy people, can do as he pleases when he pleases. What he says goes, and any who have dared to stand up to him have all met a nasty, grisly end. Should one of the pygmies stand up to him and defeat him, he would then take his place as the ruler of the pygmy people. However, without a great deal of support, a new ruler would most likely be overthrown within a matter of days.
