His Honor Judge Khemar Varsharak

He is a man clearly of Boyer blood, stocky and compact with dark hair and pale skin. He has been the Judge of Dhovisha since 1408 and has rendered impartial decisions strictly based on the letter of the law in that time. While he is considered a man without passion or mercy, he is also one who will give a fair trial; one could do worse than to appear before him.
