Seluna was born is a small village, in the Far Reach Forest. For many years she lived there, in the Clan of the Fox, with her parents, her mother being one of the healers in the village, and her father being the Witch Doctor. She followed in the parent's footsteps and began going to help heal the injured warriors after their battles. When she went off to help, her mother would make her own animal companion, which was a panther, guide and protect her daughter. She and they panther became very close, and when the panther had kittens Seluna was allowed to befriend one, and she eventually took it to be her own animal companion. She and her panther were a very appreciated aid because her clan had been fueding with a neighboring one, The Clan of the Elk, for many, many years now, and just recently the fighting had become more and more bloody. After one particularly gruesome battle, she and her mother, along with numerous other healers, went out into the forest to retrieve the injured and heal them. As Seluna was searching, she came across an injured elf whom was not from her village. She immediately recognized him as one of the enemy, and summoned her panther companion to send for help while she watched over him, making sure he didnt get away. While Seluna was waiting, she realized how much trouble it would be to drag an elf with a broken leg back to her village, so she drew from the forest's energies and invoked a healing incantation that healed his broken leg, all the while leaving him bound to a tree so he couldnt get away. As she and the elf, which she came to find was named Druke, waited they began to talk, talk about who they were, and why they were here, ect. When aid finally arrived, they travel off towards the village, and as they are walking Seluna realizes that Druke will be killed, not only because he was fighting against them, but because her father was very protective of her and would not like to hear that she was the one who found him. Well she began to have second thoughts on having him taken back, even though there was nothing she could do about it at this point in time. When they returned to the village, her father made Druke stand trial, and eventually sentenced him to be sacrificed to the clan's spirits. In addition, it was also decided, not very willingly by her father, that she would act as the watcher of this sacrifice. So everyday she began to stand gaurd over him, and bring him food, as well as finish healing him. Throughout the days she spent as Druke's watcher, the two talked, for he was very desperate for communication. As she spent more and more time with him she came to realize that they had much in common, and she began to dread the day when he would be sacrificed. So she worked out a plan of escape for Druke, and on the night she set him free she realized that she loved him and if he left she would never be able to see him again, so spur of the moment she decided to leave with him. They crept off in the night with two cloaks she had taken from her parents home which would help them escape unnoticed. Seluna and Druke have been traveling the northen part of Mistone ever since, and only once so far has a Clan Fox warrior been sent to seek out Seluna and bring her back, but Druke took care of him, leaving him in a tree, never to be found, or so they hope. The two took on the surname Syride, and learned the ways of Aeridin from the druids which inhabit the north.
