Writer's Wednesday XLII

Greetings Dev-Log Readers,

This week we take a look, not at a 'class' type (clearly since we are

getting away from this box style thinking) but at a concept type. Many

player in the past have tried to fit their faithful of the Runner or

other druidy types into the box that our current format has. We have not

forgotten you creative types who try to branch outside into the 'tribal'

style. Here is a look at some items (yes sorry, just items this time!)

that will support your endeavors.

Worn Blowgun - A slender tube of hickory for launching darts, usable

but poorly maintained.

Barbed Obsidian Spear - A spearhead cut from obsidian with arching,

sharp barbs a finger's length carved down the first third of its length

mounted on an oak staff.

Tribal Pauldrons of the Bear - A pair of sturdy leather pauldrons

plated with chitin and held with a large bear claw.

Silk Lionskin Pants - Glowing silk trousers with hide-reinforced knees

and thighs of a light tan leather.

Quain Laguishi - A rounded oval shield made of a silvery white quain

frame, ribbed with quain staves and covered with strong leather that has

ancestral names painted on it.
