Monk & Barbarian Speed Reduction

One of the advantages to the Monk and Barbarian classes is the extra turn of speed each receives as they gain levels. However, this can turn out to be detrimental when a player is trying to keep their character walking at the same pace as the party they are in.

In order to facilitate party cohesion for these classes, Layonara has the Speed Control System. The command for this system is either "=c slow ##" (without quotation marks), where "##" corresponds to the reduction, as a proportion of a normal character's base speed, that is sought. This can range from "01" to "99", with the latter producing the greatest reduction in speed.

The system can be deactivated by providing the value "00".
