Physical Description as seen by others on initial inspection: While this Halfling fellow appears neatly groomed for the most, his black hair still retains a somewhat wild look though combed back with a light coat of grease. He is short, and even among other Halflings he would be an inch or two shorter than most. The air around him seems cooler and dryer than the other surrounding air, and a faint odor like that of a thunderstorm hangs close. His eyes are entirely hidden behind a set of mirrored goggles. To the observant he may appear to be uneasy, but for what reason is not known. Occasionally the watchful eye might also catch a glimpse of static arcing about randomly on his person.
