The pier on the left was the Fantasy Island pier. The one on the right is the pier that appears on LOST. The buildings here are used in a lot of other movies and series inclusing ER and 50 First Dates. Behind the mountain ridge is the valley where Jurastic Park, Mighty Joe Young and other movies were filmed.
