Garrim tells Brac more about the Rhun Zharr tome and how another one exists.
It can however, only be used by those who have both dwarven and dragon blood.
When Brac'ar tells him he is dying of a draconic taint and is considering undergoing a ritual to incorporate it into him, Garrim replies "Oh? That sounds to me like ye be playing with fire, so to speak. Not that I disapprove of course."
