After a short hiatus from the previous event in Ulgrid, Agent Nose delivers an information dossier on strange occurances in the area of Krashin.  The barbarian camps are on high alert as many of their hunters and warriors have gone missing from their journeys into the frosty wilds.  Those that manage to survice the attacks report that kobolds utilizing fiery brands are largely responsible for the carnage.  Some of the groups seem to be led by strange robed figures, some in dark robes and some in white.  Fewer bodies than those missing are left behind from the attacks, indicating that the barbarians were taken somewhere far to the North where even the most rugged clans dare not settle.
