Justice or Vengeance?

Meet in Center, Port to Kartharian

Open to all alignments and races (though evil or chaotic PCs with a bad reputation might have to watch out!)

 

The people of Kartharian are mortified after a string of gruesome murders happening within the city which appear to be the "Justice Killings" of a crazed vigilante.  The sheer brutality of the crimes are such that frighten even the most jaded of souls, despite the targets hardly being missed by the local population.  Threatening letters are left behind which warn all persons of vile doings that the time has come and that those of good hearts shall be not be harmed under the protection of "The Beast".
