Loren Briar and a mysterious man in a hood await adventurers in the Silverbuckle Inn to discuss a bit of work regarding a suspected gnomish trafficing scheme that is the work of a corrupt nobleman from the outskirts of Kartharian.  Bolga's men have been implicated in kidnappings and murders around the area, and refugees from the City of Stone have gone missing, as well as paupers from the streets of Kartharian.  The task is to shadow these villains and track them to wherever these poor people are being taken, free them and destroy the operation.  Finding any binding evidence against Bolga is a plus.
